A video documentary project (in 2D and stereoscopic 3D) on eleven selected artists working in holography on the west-coast of the U.S. and Canada during the 80's and 90's. This production was funded in large part by the Shearwater Foundation and features interviews and tours of artist studios, labs and art installations. It reveals the history, techniques and aesthetic interests of a wide-ranging body of unique and world-famous holographic artists, some of whom have sadly passed away. The contents of these tapes and DVDs are invaluable for educators, collectors, students and art historians. Availability, by request only.
